A Firefox or extension setting is stopping me from viewing and downloading bills (PDF) on my phone provider website - this does not happen on a different browser. Extensions installed: Forget Me Not, Privacy Badger, AdBlocker Ultimate, HTTPS Everywhere.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
