I opened an email that was a few months old and all the text was gone. There was only this cryptic text like the following: q1cuqsrfklFdfBQ What happened to my text? Is this cryptic code a pointer to where I can find the text?

Hello there gkhud. We have read your message. We try to help you.

Its not a cryptic code for something to do.

nor is it a code for an external device. or input code.

have you recently updated or installed a new system despite not looking at this mail/message yet? it may be that your code for UTF-8 has changed or another entry is now there. How are the other message inbox?

I will lead you the way to fill this in to today's values.

After starting Thunderbird in safe modes does it still appear?

sometimes after a lot of traffic with emails abroad e.g. china mail back and forth can become infected with a so-called virus/ error that occurs on text blocks or other types of writing and typing blocks that are placed in Thunderbird or other called e-mail programs so that a message can be received incorrectly or infected in a email box.
