I am having a problem with a prove you are human popup, It is only effecting my banks login page( I have enclosed a image of the popup)

  Which is https://wwwrbsdigital.com/default.aspx, I have traced the problem back to config setting in firefox, the setting is webgl.disabled, when I disable this webgl I get the popup, if enable webgl there is no popup. I’ve tried running different malware programs and I’ve also tried removing firefox completely and reinstalling firefox. Can anybody advise me in how to remove this popup.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I’ve started firefox in safe mode cleared the cache and the popup is still there. It seems to be a java script that’s running, it only runs when you disable the webgl in the config settings. I am using a fresh install of firefox with no plugins . My os is wins 8.1 and firefox 84.0.2 (64-bit) and Kaspersky Internet Security.
