Hi, sorry to tell you, but support for Windows XP (in common with other browsers) has ended. That is why you cannot update Firefox beyond the version that you have. You can continue to use it, but over time it will probably become less secure since you won't be able to install the latest security fixes. More: Firefox has ended support for Windows XP and Vista
