Printing to STAR TSP-100 receipt printer

We have used Firefox for years to print receipts using a Star TSP-100 receipt printer. The latest Firefox update to version 82.0.2 has caused our receipts not to print. When sending the command to print, we get just a small sheet of blank paper from the receipt printer. I know this issues is related to Firefox, as our receipts print with not issues from both Chrome and Edge. I have troubleshooted Firefox printing issues by resetting Firefox printer setting and resetting all Firefox printer settings. The issue only occurred with the recent update to version 82.0.2. Please advise.

This is a known bug that was in Firefox 82.0, but 82.0.1 should have prevented this happening if, and ONLY if, it hadn't already happened in 82.0. I'm guessing that you already printed using 82.0 before the update to 82.0.1/82.0.2, but maybe hadn't notice that?

If you open the page `about:config` and type in "print_paper", you should see a bunch of printer settings for your printer saved there. Try deleting all those settings for the affected printer(s) and see if that fixes things for you.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your response. We run Firefox on 3 different Win 10 computers each with a receipt printer. We experienced no issues printing in versions 82.0 or 82.0.1. We are experiencing problems in 82.0.2 on 2 of the 3 of the computers. As recommended, I deleted all the settings for the affected receipt printer in about:config, printer_paper. This has not solved the issue. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Can you open the page `about:support` and copy all the lines that contain "print.printer_Star_TSP100" (or something like that) and paste them here?
