I am posting this question to offer a solution to the problem I experienced. My firefox bookmarks were not immediately syncing across accounts. Once I added a new bookmark on the browser that was not showing the bookmarks the synced bookmarks appeared. This may offer a solution to other users.

Adding a new bookmark to the browser that was not showing the synced bookmarks resolved my issue. The other synced bookmarks appeared.

If you have a lot of bookmarks then the initial Sync can take considerably time as this upload is done in rather low chunks and you may only see these bookmarks on other devices until this has finished completely.
