When trying to send emails, using my Cox email account, I get the following message:

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: cxr-obgw-6003a.stratus.cloudmark.com cmsmtp 193.36.225.118 blocked. Refer to Error Codes section at https://www.cox.com/residential/support/email-error-codes.html for more information. AUP#CXDNS.

I have tried some of the 'suggestions' offered online, including via Thunderbird, to no avail. I have recently "upgraded" to Win10 but my email has been working fine, even after the "upgrade". Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Larry

have you tried asking cox why they are refusing to allow you to submit email from the IP address they gave you? OR are you using another provider to connect to the internet as the IP appears to be owned by DDNS.net not Cox.
