I may have posted this in the wrong "section" so here it is (again):

When sending emails, using my Cox IP, I get the following error message:

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: cxr-obgw-6003a.stratus.cloudmark.com cmsmtp 193.36.225.118 blocked. Refer to Error Codes section at https://www.cox.com/residential/support/email-error-codes.html for more information. AUP#CXDNS.

I have recently "upgraded" to Win10 but my email has been working fine, even after the "upgrade". I have tried several of the suggestions provided online, including some from Thunderbird, all to no avail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Larry
