Have your provider test your service. One possibility is a bottle neck with other customers.

You can a different DNS server in case there is a problem with your current (ISP's) DNS server.

You can use the DNS Lookup tool on the about:networking page to test this service.

You can try to disable DNS over HTTPS if you currently use this feature.
