Hi,

I accidently opened a sensitive file using firefox browser. I reinstalled windows but is there a chance of the file being seen still on the internet? If so, is there anything else I can do?

Thank you guys in advance! I'm kinda worried :(

The PDF viewer works just like any other (native) PDF viewer application. It downloads the file to your computer, and shows it inside the browser window. If it is not on an unsecure site on the web, you don't have to worry about it.

You can check the Firefox history (e.g. in the sidebar via Ctrl+H or in the Library) and remove this file from the history if it still shows.
