A third-party plugin may be causing problems for Firefox when working with Facebook. Open up the Add-ons Manager from the main .

  • Click Click the 3 horizontal lines top right on browser screen button., click Addons-icon and select Extensions.
  • Scroll through the list of extensions.
  • Click the blue toggle for the extension you wish to disable.

Clear all cookies, site data and cache

  • Click the 3 horizontal lines top right on browser screen button. and select Options.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  • Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. ...
  • Click Clear.

Restart the browser each time to see if the change fixes the problem.
