Certain website won't take credentials anymore.

I have a website that I log into for work that needs a username and password. I was able to get into this website just fine yesterday. Since then, Windows 10 bricked itself with the latest update so after erasing the hard drive and reinstalling, I downloaded Firefox and signed back into my Mozilla account. After everything got sync'd, that's when the problem began. When I put my credentials into the website and hit submit, the form fields just clear themselves out and no error message appears. I tried logging into this website with my phone, Chrome, and even Edge with no problems. I went into my Firefox history and clicked "forget this site" and I even got desperate and reset Firefox just a moment ago. So, it's just Firefox that's suddenly having problems as of yesterday. Any ideas?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

1) First, confirm the login information is correct.

2) Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
