No there isn't another way. Issues that have been covered thus far are:

1. The manner in which Sync works doesn't provide access to a user's Sync data while that data is on the Sync servers.

2. If the Firefox Account password has been changed via "forgot password", the data in the FxA is gone; wiped from the Sync server when the password was reset. The original password held the "encryption key" for the data and no other "key" could decrypt that data; so it was deleted to allow for a fresh load of data which would be encrypted via the new password.

3. Plus "going back" from Firefox 75 to Fx 58 could have played a part in the loss of data. There have been 2 major changes relative to Logins data in the Firefox Profile between those two versions. Fixable when "old" data files are present, but not "easy" to fix.

Try clicking the menu, username, "Sync Now" Otherwise, you might be out of luck, as the passwords aren't saved on a server or anything but pulled when you sync from other instances of the browser you have logged into sync

Please try updating to the latest version of Firefox. It shows you are on Firefox 58. The latest version is Firefox 75.

I first used Firefox 75. When the sync password didn't work, I installed Firefox 58 for testing, but it didn't work. Let me mention just one case After installing Windows and reinstalling Firefox, I used the "forget password" option for login to Firefox account. Could the problem be this?

If you reset the password for the Firefox Account then you lose all data stored on the Sync server.

Do you possibly have a C:\Windows.old folder that might have your previous Firefox profile folder ?

No, unfortunately I do not have access to this folder. To install Windows, I deleted the C drive and reinstalled it. Is there no other way to solve the problem?

You can simply check your passwords of logins using Firefox Lockwise...

menu >>> logins and Passwords

Check your login is here first... if it is there you have a syncing problem as i think...
