My Firefox has been giving me this message in the last day or two when I try and look at my local Online Newspaper or a Facebook message and several other sites. Chrome is ok and I have no idea how to get round it. Thanks

Found the problem - phew

It was the JavaScript Toggle On and Off add on. It used to be ok so perhaps it has been updated
