When I attempt to login to my online bank account using Firefox, (73.0.1), it is rejected as incorrect. However, when I login on IE there is no problem.

is it rejected as incorrect when you are manually inputting the login info or when you are using saved passwords/logins through lockwise?

Do you have a login for this website (domain) stored in the Password Manager (Lockwise) ?

Does this only happen with that bank website ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
