Why is my browser in 2 different languages and I can't change it to just one language?

Most of the browser is in English, but some parts are in Chinese for some reason.

You can remove languages from the Firefox settings in the Language section. It looks like maybe Chinese has been set as the default language. See Use Firefox in another language.

I'd recommend redownloading Firefox in the language that you want to use, if the above doesn't help.

You may have a language pack installed that hasn't been updated properly.

Start Firefox once with the -purgecaches command line switch (make sure that Firefox is closed via Firefox -> Quit Firefox) to refresh the startup caches.
