I had to reset my PC to factory settings, and now Firefox won't load at all.

All I get is a blank screen. Nothing loads...Edge works fine, but Chrome won't load at all, either.

Run the Windows Updater program.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that has effect.
