Hello, I would like to display Japanese and Chinese characters. I red that I should change the setting in the menu View/text_encoding but I don't even have the opportunity to select it. Firefox is running under Ubuntu 16.04 installed on a chromebook

I have updated the version 16.04 to 18.04 and no problem anymore. Sorry.
