I get calls from car websites I visit without providing info. Can I prevent this?

I visited a car website to browse cars in general and got 3 calls and emails from dealers within a few minutes. I have all kinds of alleged protections, but these dealers got info while using Firefox. What can I do further to stop trolls, even businesses, from getting my info?
