Firefox not playing DRM (Prime, Spotify, etc.) content despite Widevine being updated and active and DRM Playback enabled

Recently reinstalled windows with a new PC, and have been unable to watch any Prime videos listen to in-browser Spotify due to "DRM issues". Have enabled DRM playback in preferences, removed and reinstalled Widevine, reinstalled Firefox, and have continued to get the same error. Have not had this issue on Chrome in slightest, and perusing the forums hasn't shed any light on how to fix it.
