in am using your Firefox can you please think putting the RoboForm up on top of your internet pages please it is a bit of a pain when I can't read the bottom of the page thank you sean

Hi Sean, it is odd that RoboForm decided on the floating bottom toolbar. However, this was for people who didn't want to use their button on the main toolbar because it involved an extra click. You can still use the toolbar button and turn off the bottom bar in your like.
As for the possible future position of the toolbar, Firefox does not currently allow add-ons to add completely new bars at the top of the browser. That has been under discussion for some time, but I don't know whether it has been approved or still needs a lot of work before it can get approved.
