I CAN USE WEBSITES "LIVE CHAT "FEATURE WHEN I NEED INFO ON INTERENT EXPLORER BROWSER ,BUT NOT IN FIREFOX BROWSER,IT JUST WILL NOT OPEN THE CHAT FEATURE, GUESS IT SOME FORM OF SECURITY FIREFOX HAS, ANY TIPS PLEASE ?

Could it be that you have turned on Content Blocking  ?

If that's not it - would you please make sure that you're not using any add-ons that block content like Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix.
