Firefox Time Zone problem

Experiencing Time Zone problem, Firefox 63.0.1 (32-bit), Windows 7.

I'm in Moscow, Russia (UTC+3). In Windows the time is correct, in some chats and other sites using time stamps the time is -1 hour (UTC+2).

Tried toggling privacy.resistFingerprinting preference in about:config and restart - did not work.

Hello navaroid,

Did you first notice this last Monday  ? Maybe if you'll wait till next Monday, you'll no longer notice this difference (daylight saving time).
