Firefox sync ask for auth code and then states the email was returned. Im sinced in on 2 other devices but cannot connect my 3rd.

I have at least 3 devices sync'd (android, linux, and windows 10) with the email address. When trying to connect my 4th instance (ubuntu 18.04), I keep getting email returned. I was able to go to my android device and confirm i am signed in. I was able to update my profile and turn on 2-Factor Auth but cannot setup a secondary email address (it gets returned also). I also checked my win10 instance to confirm the changes I made. I also could not setup a secondary email from my win10 instance. I believe at one point it stated my account was locked. Please Help :)
