I clicked delete by mistake while looking at one of my desktop 'favorites'. It disappeared and I have not been able to find it anywhere. It is not in recycle on my desk top. It does not show up in firefox favorites.in the computer. I have Windows 10 on a Dell PC

Firefox sends nothing to the Recycle Bin. That "Bin" is the domain of the Windows Operating System.

If you haven't closed Firefox yet, there is an Undo { Ctrl+ Z } feature under the Organize menu category in the Library window.

"Show All Bookmarks" or { Ctrl + Shft + B } from the keyboard to open the Library window and get to "Undo" for recovering Bookmark deletions that were done during the current session.

If Firefox has been closed already, you can restore the previous bookmarks back up file from the previous day. See this support article for "restore": https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them#w_restoring-from-backups

Hi, there is no such thing in Firefox called Favorites. You can check in History for the last time you used. For a complete list so you can go back months if need be. it is Library --> History--> View History Side Bar Or alternately Mouse to top of Browser and right click and turn on the Menu Bar Select History --> Show All History

Or can see if there is a restore point before you deleted it from Windows.

Thank you! Thank you! This worked once I went back far enough. It didn't look like the example, so I was a bit confused, but I kept at it and it worked! Can't thank you enough
