I have various tabs open and is linked to my tv screen. But is there an option where I can block one of the tabs from showing on the tv screen as we need to see all the others, but not this one? I only need to get to it now and then and if I do, everyone can see it. So the question is, can I duplicate my screen on another screen, but select a tab NOT TO SHOW on the other screen?

That is not possible, as duplicating your screen does exactly that, it shows everything on both screens. You could extend your screen, and have one window open on the TV, and the other on your computer can have that tab. But if you're duplicating screens, then it will always do exactly that, duplicate. That's a function of the OS
