How can you change the picture of a person you are sending an e-mail?

Hi, sorry as Firefox is not a email client, it is only a portal between you and your email. You need to make the changes in the email program if using Thunderbird : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird or on the website you are using for email, check the help section..
