New password doesn't work
I am trying to login to my Mozilla-account. But passwords remain incorrect even after changing several times.

Thanks for confirming that going correctly to the accounts.firefox.com site worked.

- check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data
"Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Is this about the Firefox Sync account?
In case of issues try to log in to the Firefox account via this website.
Thanks. Your post helped in getting me into my own account. And I seem to be in the Support Forum now without logins or passwords.
My basic problem is that since the latest version (61.01) I can't login with an email address into my account at the New York Times. The login screen remains showing the circle turning round. The way-around appeared to be to login with Google, what I try to prevend; there's no need to show them what I read at the NYT. Anybody has same problem?

Thanks, After putting all the Permissions on 'Allow' the login at the NYT ran without trouble.
