trigger screenshot node using javascript

Hi,

I want to capture screenshot of one node and save it as image file.I tried using javascript plugins but not helped. Now I found Screenshot node feature of firefox. But I am not able to trigger it manually on button click.

Can anybody advice on this? How i can trigger this function using javascript
