I think alot has to do with TCM Region block and for that no Browser can fix that since it will detect where your login in from and if you use VPN or Proxy they will also block that if they can't see your real location.

Thank you very much and I think you are right, although why they have only just decided to block it to the outside world is anybody's guess.
