all bookmarks lost after refresh
After refreshing firefox, all my bookmarks, logins, addons, everything has been lost. Why doesn't firefox create restore point before installing new versions that are clearly faulty. Who does the testing of these new versions? Pathetic. What browser should I use that does not come up with a faulty new version every few months?

Hi, good call on a restore point. Volunteer Support can do nothing but you can go to the 3 Bar Menu --> Help --> Submit Feedback regarding that and other constructive ideas. A team will review that.
Can you check your Desktop please for a Folder called OldFirefoxProfile and if is there great maybe something can be done as the Profile you had was corrupted or updated to many times that it was incompatible...no idea.
As for testing you can just have to do it along with others. Each system with drivers, and operating systems and setups and custom configurations and ....see the problem yet ...as per your out of date Flash.
