Hey there, I did not get much help, I think you need to contact the admin of the website about secure connection compatibility in Firefox.

Does the site offer an encrypted version of the website? (https:// HSTS) It looks like the website url is detected as not a secure site.

In the meantime it seems if you search for the url in a search you can find the url: https://www.parrot.com/global/compatibility works. Is it possible that the website has updated their address and you may need to update your bookmark in your Firefox profile?

I think it may have to do with a secure connection issue made from that address from the site, please contact the site admin for further details on how to make that url a safer connection to their site.

My Firefox (v54 and 60.0.2) had no problem with either link.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

I started my Firefox (61.0) in Safe Mode, but the problem is still here.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
