That console isn't formatted in the way that is usable for a Browser. It proprietary O/S need to be accessed by Mozilla for them to be able to create a browser for it and I doubt Sony is or willing to let them have access to it. You should contact Sony Support for vita O/S issues and ask them why they won't allow FF to work on the Vita.
