How do I find out if my fire fox account has been suspended becase i'v tryed for a month on four different diviced to login and I can not.

I am unable to login to Firefox sync on my Galaxy S8 phone, AT&T tablet, or ether of my two PC. I know what the password should be but it just will not work. I have tried to use the password reset but I have never receive any emails in my Yahoo account. I have checked this on all of my four devices. I have checked the spam, trash, all of my folders that my filter feed. I have tried to setup a new sync account with my email address to make sure an account still exists and the system tells me that that email address is already in use. I thought it might be because my Ubuntu 16.04 system stopped allowing me to update anything so I reformatted my drive and installed Lubuntu 18.04 I have read as many postings as I can find to resolve this to no avail. How can I get help to fix this?

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user icon to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.

I checked my junk folder in yahoo.com it is empty. also I checked my user profile in support.mozilla.org and the email address is correct. I don't understand how the email address in the support forum affects Firefox sync sending me an email. I still think the account is offline. Any other suggestions.

Hi, when you : "I reformatted my drive and installed Lubuntu 18.04" You lost a token that was needed.
