For some reason, for the last two days when trying to access a local TV station's website (for weather or news) A message is displayed, "the site does not exist." This is a site accessed frequently in the past and is listed in a google search.

The site is available and will open successfully using CHROME.

Hi, please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please provide public link(s) (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks for the input. I started Firefox in safe mode and turned off "Ad Blocker." I still see "The site does not exist" message." I know of no content restrictions on my pc.

Strange, problem started Sat. after very frequent successful accessing over months. The site is WRCB TV.

Are you using this home page address: http://www.wrcbtv.com/

Does the "This site does not exist" page look like a message from the web server or an internal error page? Lately, internal pages often have a little cartoon character on them, but I'm not sure all of them do.

All that appears on the upper left corner of a plain page below the top tool bar/ribbon is the message "Site does not exist."

There is no error number or other characters.

Thanx,

What did you do/how did you get to that page?

Actually two ways: One by clicking a frequent searches icon & the other by doing a google search and selecting the listing. Interestingly, if I select the station's facebook selection that is listed on the google search results, it does open the facebook page.

On Chrome the google search results in the same results and when selecting the right listing the web site opens.

This problem has not come up when using the frequent sear icons for CNBC or Weather Channel.

Thank you for your continued interest.
