I am unable to view websites in Firefox. It was working just fine until I took my tablet/laptop to the hospital the other day. While at the hospital I opened it normally and the hospitals security protocols wanted/needed me to download an antivirus program known as Java:Oracle Antivirus. It was stating that I had no antivirus software installed on my laptop/tablet. This was incorrect as I use three different ones including Windows Defender as the primary one. It kept failing to download their Java program. After about 2 hours it finally finished and then stated the program would not be able to run because it was not compatible with Firefox or Windows 10. Ever since then I have not been able to use Firefox properly. It has now been 10 days of troubleshooting ideas listed on Mozilla's website and Windows websites and nothing seems to work. I have uninstalled Firefox every day and deleted old profiles and deleted all my add-ons and other things. Still nothing works to fix the inability to view the websites. Even the firewall settings are good. Need help soon.

Sounds more like you got malware installed. Also using multiple A/V will not protect your computer.

Malware bytes did not report any malware on the laptop/tablet. So that also did not fix the issue.
