You can find it under about:preferences, you can use the search bar to search for Network/Proxy, and the settings for it should show up!

That whole setting area is very familiar to me. I have been trying to find out what the proxy server IS, not the fact that I am using the 'Use System Proxy Settings' or better yet what are the System Proxy Settings?
