My printer won't work in Firefox but have no problem when using Internet Explorer. What to do?
I can print from anywhere using Internet Explorer, but Firefox has never allowed me to print. Keep getting message:
"OOPS something went wrong. We couldn't start your program."
I read online where someone advised to enter about:config in the location bar , press enter. Then in the filter textbox enter print then right click each remaining setting and select reset. Well, evidently that is old stuff because when you get to about:config, it is not set up with any filter textbox.
I'd like to change everything over to Firefox, but don't dare until I know I can print from it. HELP!
