What is the site? That means the url is a typo or no longer exists or under construction. That is a general problem icon and give no information as to why.

Sorry, I should have worded my question more clearly. I meant, what exactly is this beasty holding the map? An animated tooth? A lizard of some sort? An odd looking gopher? I assume someone drew it and knows what it is.  :-)
