When viewing MP4 videos from FutureLearn I can see subtitles if I use my Samsung pad or if I use Chrome on my laptop. I am unable to switch on and view subtitles using Firefox. How to I get Firefox to let me see subtitles if I want them?

Turns out the problem was not with Firefox but with the provider of the video!
