Why won't Mozilla print or play videos from emails

There was a new Mozilla update and now I cannot print from my MLS and none of the videos I receive in emails will play now. I have to use Explorer to print off my MLS. I also recently updated Java.

What email service are you using? FF doesn't by itself have a email program that is thunderbird. What is MLS?
