It's the Firefox menu - do you see those three horizontal lines in the upper right corner, under the 'closing X'  ? That's it - the 'hamburger' icon. Click on it and you'll see the Firefox menu.

It's also referred to as the '3-bar menu'.

You can also get to the Firefox menu by clicking on 'Tools' on the menu bar : Press the Alt key on your keyboard and in the upper left corner you'll see the menu bar.
