Can't view videos on espen and can't open FEDEX.com and view the site.
How do I clear all previous versions of my firefox and start completely fresh. I can't view videos on ESPN.com and when I try to go to the FEDEX.com website to track a package the tab simply flashes and never loads. Lastly my search uses Search Incognito... how do I only use Google or at least have the option for that search engine. Is there a phone number to call in for support? Thanks.

By the way, if you did want to start "fresh" -- mostly fresh -- you could consider the Refresh option. This article has more info: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

Search Incognito is a hijacker. Get rid of it.
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove the profiles folder.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Search Incognito usually sneaks in as an extension. You can view, disable, and often remove unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
- Command+Shift+a (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions.
Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything suspicious or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove).
Any improvement?
Regarding the ESPN videos, do you get any error message in the rectangle where the player is supposed to appear?
If the site uses Flash instead of the built-in HTML5 video player, look for a gray icon similar to a Lego Block toward the left end of the address bar. See also: Why do I have to click to activate plugins?
Regarding FedEx, is the problem with loading the home page or is it a long link associated with a particular order?
Also, please make sure the redirect block is turned off:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste access and pause while the list is filtered
(3) If the accessibility.blockautorefresh preference is bolded and "modified" or "user set" to true, double-click it to restore the default value of false
