is there any way to find out what sites have been visited after history has been deleted
self explanitory
Chosen solution
It may be very limited.
Firefox doesn't have any record of title-url-datetime other than your history.
If the cache was not cleared, some information could be gathered by viewing the about:cache page.
Your bookmarks usually contain information about the date the bookmark was added and the date it was last modified, either of which may correspond to a visit to the bookmarked site.
File Recovery
Sometimes data in a .sqlite database file (history is stored in places.sqlite) could be recoverable if it has not be overwritten or vacuumed out. I don't have any experience with that.
Completely deleted files sometimes can be recovered by software like Recuva but large database files often are corrupted and unusable, providing only fragmentary information.
Backups
Windows keeps shadow copies of Firefox data files in restore points, but the frequency of these "backups" varies.
