How can I install/use my Norton vault facility?
Firefox, which I have always preferred to explorer, stopped making Vault available saying it was 'in the process of rewriting the code. I have had to use explorer because Vault works and the auto fill etc means I do not have to remember passwords etc. Do I assumne it it now available for use. How do I install it on the toolbar?

as i'm neither a user of their product nor having an account there i fear i am not able to help you out further if its about the features/handling of norton vault, but i'd imagine there's some form of logout/or locking of data provided if you click on its icon on the firefox toolbar.

hi, norton seems to make their compatible version of the addon available at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/norton-identity-safe/
It does not work. I have visited the site and installed the add on but there does not seem to be a Norton toolbar with Vault included -as it used to be and as it is on my explorer. Image attached. It shows in my Firefox add-ons - image attached. What am I doing wrong? Help, I want to use Vault i.e. open a login site and have the contents - id, password, address, email etc. loaded in without me doing anything more.
the extension should appear as a single button on the firefox toolbar - if it doesn't you can drag it in place: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
Great. I think I will call you Santa!. I found the icon between two others on the toolbar. Thank you. I have checked and I can sign into one of my sites as I want to. One last question. It seems the only way I can close the vault is if I close Firefox and then restart and add the vault again, is there any way to close the vault without closing Firefox?
