Hello, this is an issue on Kaspersky's end, If there is a Kaspersky add-on under about:addons, try disabling it and see if performance improves.

have spoken to kaspersky they have issues with edge ,not getting on with int explorer, firefox not trusting kaspersky always problems typing lagging navigation takes time everything is slow & cant do my work frustrating

do you mean that the fake certificates presented for HTTPS sites by Kaspersky's filter are not trusted? That's normal, but usually Kaspersky can set up Firefox to trust them. If necessary, you can do it manually. See: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1151751#answer-947078 (GusJones reply)
