uploadcheckerext is blocking all firefox-usage, cannot be closed, appears on "new window"

popup asks for authentification, pops up again within 1 second after cancel, blocks firefox-main-window, so nothing can be clicked

blocking window is gone after several attempts: shutdown by task manager reopening shutdown by task manager reopening etc

Anyway I would like to know what happened and what could I have done else.
