A few seconds after window startup, firefox loads a website automatically. I tried to block that website by configuring hosts file in window system 32. After that, the site is blocked but firefox keeps to open that blocked site at window startup. (showing can't display that site)

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
