Will I get money or at least a t shirt or tour to Mozilla head quarters.For helping them.If i tell them many small problems or enhancements.Using the link you gave.I can increase their downloads.

Making bug reports in the general issues tracker bugzilla.mozilla.org on enhancement ideas and bugs (best to have a reproducible case) is helping Mozilla and the Firefox web browser. Submitting patches in current bug reports to get something fixed or closer to being fixed is also helping.
Mozilla does not really give money or such unless it is for say significant security concerns that is original and unreported and can be reproduced or demonstrated.
