While on Firefox, I received a warning that my computer was infected with viruses. I could not address the issue myself but was given a contact number for help: 1-855-xxx-xxxx who turned out be be Kastra Technologies (Informatico Experts Inc vivek@informaticoexperts.com).

Because the initial alert had a Firefox logo, I was lead to believe that Kastra Technologies was linked to mozilla. I cannot find out any info on this group.

Mozilla does not endorse any so called third-party tech support companies for desktop Firefox or anything else. In this case the above is more of a Scam.
